This article considers the verbs of perception in the three Western Romance languages: French, Italian and Spanish. The objective of this research is the analysis of the polymode operation of the verbs of perception. The basis of polymodality is formed by the cognitive mechanisms of the perceptual human activity. This article considers the verbs of perception in the three Western Romanic languages: French, Italian and Spanish. In the present paper the bond between deixis and verbs of perception is being investigated. The research has revealed a fundamental difference between a field of indication and a symbolic field, which refers to cognitive, emotional, axiological moduses derived from the modus of perception. The analysis of the material has given grounds to introduce correlative notions of primary and secondary deixis. Depending on the conduct of agential, time and spatial coordinates in the discourse they form primary and secondary deixis of the deictic-field and primary and secondary deixis of the symbolic fieldyesBelgorod State Universit

The nonlinear effects based on peat chronology data in paleoclimatic reconstructions

The simplified mathematical model of peat deposits growth is suggested based on assuming the swamp is a thermodynamics system Its validation was performed according to the data of the swamps in Siberia It is shown that the peat deposits growth is nonlinear related to climate change Therefore, for the appropriate methods applying in paleoclimatic reconstructions is expedient to establish the optimal values of functioning particular bio- and ecosystem in natural conditions that determine the most probable existence of life forms of biological species

The article deals with three different variants of reconstruction and interpretation Slavic mythology in three poetic cycles of the beginning 20th century. Three poets create specific poetic pictures of Slavic past. All of them – Konstantin Balmont’s idyllic world of past, Sergey Gorodetsky’s cruel world of primitive passions and Aleksey Kondratyev’s universal picture of world cultural relationships – try to understand beginnings of national character

The article examines the influence of the characteristics of the medical and social characteristics of surgical patients on their assessment of the effectiveness of treatment in a hospital. The study was conducted on the basis of Mariinskaya City Hospital by random sampling by questioning 100 patients undergoing treatment at surgical departments. It has been established that patients with surgical pathology undergoing inpatient treatment represent a special social group that has conditions and lifestyle characteristics that have a positive impact on their evaluation of the treatment. Patients highly appreciate the effectiveness of treatment in surgical departments

Bacterial Carriage of Pathogenic Antibiotic-resistant Staphylococci Among Conditionally Healthy Infants and Preschool-age Children

    Get PDF
Staphylococci are related to opportunistic microorganisms and are part of normal human microflora. However, there are varieties that can cause pyoinflammatory diseases in organisms with weakened immune status. In the event of an inadequate therapeutic approach, they are preserved in the body, and the person becomes a bacterial carrier and a source of dissemination of pathogenic microorganisms. The formation of antibiotic resistance also plays a significant role in the emergence of bacterial carriage. The situation is especially serious in organized children’s groups, where children are in close contact with one another. Thus, the study of the prevalence rate of antibiotic resistance among pathogenic strains of staphylococci in children’s groups is topical and worthy of attention. The purpose of this work is to identify carriers of pathogenic and antibiotic resistant staphylococci isolated from the microflora of the oral cavity of preschool children considered healthy. The results of the research can prove useful in practical healthcare and, particularly, in pediatric practice. Keywords: staphylococci, pathogenic cocci, bacterial carriage, antibiotic resistance, infant morbidity rat

Resource retrial queue with two orbits and negative customers

    Get PDF
In this paper, a multi-server retrial queue with two orbits is considered. There are two arrival processes of positive customers (with two types of customers) and one process of negative customers. Every positive customer requires some amount of resource whose total capacity is limited in the system. The service time does not depend on the customer’s resource requirement and is exponentially distributed with parameters depending on the customer’s type. If there is not enough amount of resource for the arriving customer, the customer goes to one of the two orbits, according to his type. The duration of the customer delay in the orbit is exponentially distributed. A negative customer removes all the customers that are served during his arrival and leaves the system. The objects of the study are the number of customers in each orbit and the number of customers of each type being served in the stationary regime. The method of asymptotic analysis under the long delay of the customers in the orbits is applied for the study. Numerical analysis of the obtained results is performed to show the influence of the system parameters on its performance measure
